Life in the Fat Lane!

I made this card for my sister who is my constant inspiration when it comes to getting my butt to the gym!

The stamp is by Stampingbella.com and is called Barbella. Isn't she cute? I should be so lucky to have that body! LOL... She was colored in with my Prisma pencils and Gamsol. The paper is from Basic Grey's Stella Ruby collection and the grey and pink CS is from my scrap stash. I punched the grey CS with my SU punch and then added little dots in between with my Souffle pen. The ribbon is from Michael's. Oh and the little clear flowers are self adhesive and are from Making Memories!

I hope that you like it!

Have a great evening (I just got back from the gym!)

Thinking of you

Here is a card that I made for an SCS Swap hosted by my friend Kim. It is a swap that involves Paper Trey stamps, Ribbon and Bling! You were supposed to use PT stamps ONLY and include ribbon or bling. I used both! Couldn't help it, they are two of my favorite things! The card was made using the SC sketch96. I cut the folded edge with my SU corner rounder.

The main image and the flower in the bottom corner are both from the set Text Boxed and the saying is from the Faux Ribbon set. The DP is from CTMH's collection Floral Tapestry and the CS is all CTMH as well. The colors used were Vanilla Cream, Twilight and Blush. The ribbon used was White Daisy and I colored it with Garden Green Ink to match what the image was stamped in. The bling is Diamond Dots from Stampendous.

I hope that you like it!

Have a crafty day!

Life's a Beach

I haven't had any time do to any creating since I attended the CKC on Friday and yesterday I had my husband's family over for a BBQ, so I am going to post a card that I made for my first Bella Swap on SCS. The stamps are from both from Stampingbella.com , she was colored in with Primas and Gamsol, the wave is from a template that I made myself and was cut out with the SU DP Petals and Paisleys. I then added a bow with ribbon from my stash.

Since it is going to be a rainy day here on the East Coast I am hoping to have some fun with all of the goodies that I purchased at the convention!

Stay tuned!!

Summer Fun!

Sorry, another Penny Black stamp! Just can't stop myself... This is made with the stamp simply called "bikini". I just love this little cutie! She was colored in with my SU Watercolor Crayons. The CS are scraps from my stash. The flip flop stamp is from CTMH set, Splish Splash. I just love these brads! I have had them for about a year and never used them, so I dug them out and let them go! The orange CS was cut with the SU corner rounder and then I used the SU white gel pen on it. The sentiment is from CTMH's set called The Simple Things.

Thanks for looking and have a refreshing day!

Birthday Card for my Bella Friend

Here is a card that I made for a good friend whose birthday is coming up. Her and I are both big Bella fans! She also loves the pink/brown color combo, just like me :) This card was CASEd from a card on Ashley Bowen's SCS Gallery, that girl is super talented!!!! I used Cakeabella from Stampingbella.com. She is colored in with my trusty Prisma pencils, I then applied Liquid Applique to the cake and then stickled it. I love that stuff!!! The CS is Bazzill and CTMH and the DP is CTMH from the More to Adore collection. The ribbon is from American Crafts. I embossed the pink CS with the Cuttlebug Happy Birthday folder, what did we do without these folders?

I remember hand embossing... shudder..

I hope you like it and are having a stamp happy day!

Dolly Mama's

When I saw this stamp I couldn't refuse it for two reasons., the saying and the polka dot cat. It is from Dolly Mama's and it is called "Does my butt look big"
I colored it with my prisma pencils and then used my Souffle pens to raise the dots in her dress. I then used my Glaze pen in black to highlight the dots on the cat. The paper is from an 8x8 stack by K & Co. (I think) and the ribbon is from my stash.
Thanks for looking and I hope that you enjoy it!

Thanks for your Support!

I recently had a test done at the hospital (everything came out ok!) and even though I am not a child anymore, my mom and dad both insisted that they come with me and my husband. I wanted them to know how much I have appreciated their support throughout my whole adult life. I thought this stamp did the trick! I received inspiration for this card from an SCS card and I apologize to the artist I forgot her name!

It is a Penny Black stamp ( again!) it has been colored with SU WC Crayons, the circle was punched with my Circle Scallop punch and then I used my 1/16 punch and punched every scallop. The flowers are from Prima.

My parents LOVED the card, but I guess they are my biggest fans!

Thanks for looking!

This is a card that I made for a friend at work for her birthday. The stamp is by MFT and it is called Let's Go For a Walk. It was colored in with Prisma and Gamsol. The edges were inked with the Cat's Eye Pad by Colorbox in Creamy Brown. The DP is from Basic Grey's Lollipop Shoppe. I just love those colors. So summery!! I attached 4 brads in the corners and raised the matted image with pop dots. The CS is CTMH and Bazzill. The sentiment was stamped with the same set punched out with one of my scallop ovals then inked as well. I stamped, colored and cut out the little hat and raised that with a pop dot too!

I just love summer so when I saw this stamp I had to have it!

I know, I know, another House Mouse stamp! Can't refuse these cuties. I will say this sometimes though you are a little cross-eyed from the coloring! This was colored in with the Prisma Pencils and Gamsol. The sand was done with the SU WC Crayons. I embossed the one half with my Cuttlebug using the Tiny Bubbles Folder. All Nestled In

Here is yet another card with a sweet little creature....I have had this stamp for about 4 years and never used it! Now with the wonderful technique of Gamsol and Prisma Pencils, I finally felt that I could color it properly! I backed it with a Cuttlebug embossed piece of Bazzill CS and then inked it with a Cat's Eye. Added a little ribbon and I was done!

Thanks for looking!

Make a Wish!

Those that know me, know that I am an animal lover. So whenever I find any stamps that have cute little creatures on them I must add them to my collection! Here is card using one of my House Mouse stamps. They always make me smile!

I used cream colored CS which was inked with a sponge then added a strip of Basic Grey paper from the LilyKate collection. The image is matted with Bazzill. I used little Prima flowers and fastened them with mini brads. I added the Stardust pen to the wishes. The sentiment stamp is from SU.

I hope everyone has a crafty evening!

Smooches

This is one of the stamp sets that I picked up yesterday at RubberBuggy. It is from My Favorite Things. I am loving these stamps too, well what stamps don't I love?? Serious addiction going on here! I am not crazy about this card, but here it is. I used the card sketch challenge from SCS, maybe it is the buttons.... I don't know.. It was colored in using the SU crayons and the cow was done using the prisma pencils.

Kitty Love Fur-ever

I just LOVE Penny Black! Thanks to my crafty friend Jill, I can't get enough of them now!

This was created using the Wonderful Watercolor Crayons by SU! I am really getting addicted to this technique. The cardstock is a mixture of Bazzill and CTMH, the edges were sponged with a Cat's Eye ink pad. The sentiment stamp came from a new store that my other friend Kim told me about... RubberBuggy in Strasburg, PA... What a great place!

Enjoy and thanks for looking!

I haven'tposted in a while. I have been sick! Well, I am almost back to normal and figured I had better get some cards done. I was in withdrawal!

The stamp as well as the inspiration came from Inky Antics. If you know me, you know that I can't refuse a cat stamp! This one is tooo cute!

I used Bazzill cardstock, the grey background in stamped with CTMH, Delight in Everything, the brads are from MM and have rhinestones in them. The image was colored in with prisma pencils and Gamsol.

I hope you like it as much as I liked coloring it!
