Happy World Card Making Day!

I went to my sister's house and helped my 3 yr old niece, Gianna and my 5 yr old niece, Dana make some Christmas cards! The girls had so much fun picking out what papers they wanted to use and glueing everything down! The oldest made 6 cards and the younger one made 2 and then got a little bored! I think they both did an excellent job! Dana had a ball with my paper punches. It took a little muscle on her part, but she managed to master it by the end of the afternoon!

I hope everyone is have a great weekend!

Teddy Bear Moon

I made this card for my friend that recently had a baby. Unfortunately, I didn't send it promptly! Sorry again E! Believe it or not, I didn't have any baby stamps! I have been borrowing another friend's stamps and then when I saw this is Joann's last week, I thought it was perfect! I stickled the brim of the moon's hat and the stars on the blanket are done with my Glaze Pens. The image was colored in with my prismas and the stars on the CS are from the SU set Haunting Halloween, I just thought that they went great with the card.

Paper: SU Soft Sky, River Rock and Blue Bayou
Ink: CTMH Twilight

Stamps: Inkadinkado, CTMH Atomic Caps and SU Haunting Halloween

Embellishments: Ribbon SU, brads SU

Tools: SU Ticket Corner Punch, Marvy Scalloped Oval Punch

Thinking of You

I don't like to make Sympathy cards. Actually I haven't made ANY. To me, card making is my therapy for the "yuck" in my life, so I always make Happy cards. A co-worker just lost her uncle to bone cancer and a store bought card just wouldn't do it. This is what I made for her.

Stamps: SU True Friend, CTMH All Occasions

Ink: SU Chocolate Chip, Wild Wasabi and Groovy Guava

Paper: SU Apple Cider and CS from my stash

Embellishments: Copper Stickles, SU Dimensionals, stash ribbon

Tools: SU Ticket Corner Punch

Simple Things

This is probably the simplest card I have ever made! I originally colored an image to put on top of this paper, but when I matted and inked it I thought it was pretty just on it's own. I just added some gold ribbon and a sentiment that was embossed and left it alone.

Stamp: SU Simply Sent Kit-Simple Delights

Ink: SU Creamy Caramel and Riverock (sponged on edges)

Embossing Powder by Stampendous, Pirate's Gold

Paper: CTMH Colonial White, Bazzill for Blue CS and pp was from a stack by K& Co.

Ribbon: Making Memories

I hope everyone is having a nice evening!

Christmas Card #1

First off let me say, How CUTE is this stamp? This is a new line by Stampendous called Pixel and Pookie. She is Pixel and it's called Pixel Tree. Every year I get stuck the end of November panicked and pressured to make all of my Christmas cards. This year I figured I would make 5 a weekend and then when it gets closer to Christmas it would all be done, NO STRESS!

So.. this is the first set.

Stamps: Pixel Tree, by Stampendous and Merry Little Christmas, Technique Tuesday

Ink: Black Stazon and CTMH Ponderosa Pine

Paper: The Christmas Glitter Stack by DCWV, cs by Creative Memories (sorry forget the color name)

Embellishments: Stickles in Frosted Lace , Yellow, Liquid Applique and White Ricrac Ribbon from my stash

Tools: Prisma Pencils/OMS and CM Star Punch

Scary Kitty!

I LOVE cats! As most people know. So when I saw this scary kitty stamp at Michael's last week, I had to add it to my collection. I didn't use typical Halloween colors for this one and I think it turned out ok. The pp is from GinX and the cs is from Bazzill. It was sponged with black ink double matted and then I raised it with popdots. I used my SU Word Window punch and then the word Halloween from the CTMH set called Holiday Jubilee. The black grosgrain ribbon is from CTMH as well.

I hope everyone enjoys this scary kitty as much as I do!

Little Corner of the World

Fall? It's fall? Where is the cool crisp air? Hopefully it will be here soon!

I made this card using one of my new SU sets, it is called Seasonal Whimsy. I stamped it all in SU's Ruby Red and then matted it on some Bazzill cs. The larger piece of pp is by My Mind's Eye and is from the set called Everyday Tango (love it!) the smaller piece is Wild Asparagus. I raised the main image on popdots as well as the leaf that I cut out. I then added three copper brads.

I hope everyone is having a nice evening.

Peace on Earth

Hi Everyone!

I finally got this card done! I am hosting a papercrafting event tomorrow so between setting up for that, work and household chores, I finished it.

This is the Criss Cross card from Beate Johns tutorial on SCS. If anyone is interested, here is the link http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/crisscrosscard.php

This one was tough for me, everything I used just didn't seem to mesh. I finally decided to go with what is here, though I am not crazy about it. Unfortunately, I seriously need some help in the card picture taking category!

Paper: Chatterbox (I think!) and Bazzill

Ink: SU Not Quite Navy, Embossing Ink by CTMH

Embellishments: ribbon from Joann's and button is from my stash, embossing powder, Twinkle Pixie Dust by Uptown Comotion (about 4 years old)

Stamps: CTMH, Papertrey and Fancy Pants

Happy Friday!!

You're Neat

Well, all day at work I couldn't wait to get home and finally try out Beate John's tutorial on the Criss Cross Card. Well, I started it, it's getting dark and I can't get a decent pic of my cards without natural light to save my life, so I guess I will post that tomorrow! Here is a very simple card that I made over the weekend, it is from the SU set You're Neat. I just love these tiny animals!

I tried to keep it plain so the little guy or girl didn't get lost. The PP is by Basic Grey's Lollipop Shoppe and the CS is scraps from my stash. I stapled a little piece of ribbon and added three little prima flowers and secured them with brads. Oh, and the little kitty was colored in with my prismas!

I hope everyone is having a nice night, I am off to finish the other card!

Witchy Mice!

Hi Everyone!

I sure hope that no one gets tired of looking at witches and pumpkins and mice, OH MY!

Here is one of my favorite House Mouse Stamps. It is called Bewitching Pumpkins and was a little on the tedious side to color! I did use my prismas and gamsol for the whole image. The base of the card is CS from KI Memories and then I random stamped a piece of CTMH cardstock and used the pumpkin from the Holiday Jubilee set. I added some ribbon by KI Memories down the side and added a flower from prima, a button and tied it with some ribbon.

I wanted to keep it simple because of the elements in the stamped image. Glad I finally tackled this one!

I hope everyone enjoys it and that you are all having a bewitching evening!

Simple Christmas

This is a card that I made with a stamp that I purchased at RubberBuggy Stamps in Strasburg, PA. I was there with my friends before we headed to a Scrapbook Retreat! My friend Kim had already bought the set by Stampendous and then Jen and I had to buy it!
It is simply white CS that is embossed with the Cuttlebug, Snowflake folder, I added some Stickles in Green and Red for Christmas and then double matted it it dark green and cranberry, added some ribbon and called it done!
This card has me looking forward to the winter season, I LOVE snow!!!

Friends Always

Whew, what a change in the weather! It is so beautiful here in SE PA! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Here is a card I made with a stamp that I bought from http://www.stampotique.com/ . They have the most unique stamps! Just amazing! This little cutie was colored in the my prismas and the wings were stamped again on another piece of cardstock inked with daubers and then cut out and turned upward to give it a 3 dimensional look. The paper used is from the collection Everyday Tango by Mind Mind's Eye. I used my SU Word Window punch and stamped the sentiment from Papertrey's Faux Ribbon set. I then attached a tiny Prima flower with a glitter brad from Ki Memories. The ribbon is from my stash. I made this card for a friend that is helping me through a rough spot in my life right now.

Have a great evening!

No Peeking!

Here is another card using one of my new Bella stamps. You can find them here.. http://www.stampingbella.com/ They are one of my favorite lines of stamps! This one is called Bubblebella. I made the card using the Splitcoaststamper's Challenge # 134, which is called a Tent Topper card.

She was colored in with my prismas/gamsol and then added Stickles in the color waterfall for the bubbles. The paper is from Bohemia Collection from My Mind's Eye and all of the CS is Bazzill. I attached two glitter brads in the bottom corners and then added some ribbon from my stash. I then used a stamp from the christmas set, No Peeking from CTMH for the sentiment. I had a tough time taking a pic of it since I didn't have any daylight. I hope that everyone can see it ok.

I hope everyone is having a happy Friday!

Fall Leaves

Whee!! The temperature and humidity has finally dropped here in SE PA. I couldn't be happier!

I love summer, but there is something about the cool, crisp air and the holidays around the corner that get me going! I decided to break in more of my SU stamps and cardstock! I have recently became an SU Demo, I am very excited!

This card was made with the set called A Tree for All Seasons. I just LOVE it! I like anything teenie, tiny! It was colored it with very sharp prismas because the image is so small and inked with a sponge in yellow. I then added the saying "fall leaves" from my CTMH set, simply called Fall.

I hope everyone in SE PA is enjoying our first taste of fall weather!

Thanks... I needed that!

Well, today was one crappy day at work! All day I needed to get happy! So... I took my drug....a dose of Splitcoast Stampers! I made this card from the tutorial Cami's Tri-fold card. Here is the link.

I have seen this card and my friend and upline Jill made one, but I was so intimidated by it!

Wow, was I wrong! This tutorial was well written and easy to follow, thanks Cami and Beate!

I used Crate Paper's Twill Collection and SU's Fun & Fast Notes for the stamp! That little birdie was colored in with my prismas and I added a touch of bling with my Diamond Dots by Stampendous. I then added three more flowers on the other side and then added to stems to make it look like a little bouquet!

I hope everyone is having a good evening, mine is getting better!

Hocus Pocus

Boo!

My order of Bellas came in and I am sooo excited!!! This is my favorite of the bunch! I just LOVE witches! She was colored in with my prismas/gamsol and then I added Black Diamond Stickles to her hatband and the frill on her dress. I used my black Glaze pen on the pumpkin to make his face stand out! I double matted it and then put it on a cardbase of paper from SEI.

I then added 3 little flowers from my Color Lab set from KI Memories and stamped Hocus Pocus on layered scalloped paper and then raised it with a popdot. I also placed 2 purple Diamond Stickers on the o's.

I hope everyone is having a bewitching evening!

Bella Kitty Layout

Hi everyone!

It's been a few days since I have posted, I can't believe it! I was busy last week preplanning scrapbook pages for a weekend retreat I just came home from. Myself and 3 of my friends had SO MUCH FUN! Elisabeth you were missed! We laughed until the wee hours of the morning, and I mean wee hours.. like 4am!! I scrapped some, shopped a lot, ate little..lol and also got to spend some much needed time with just us girls!

Here is one of the pages that I created at the retreat. I must say though, it has been a while since I have done any scrapping since I became I card marking addict. I thought that I missed it, but honestly I think my true love lies with stamping and cards!

This layout is of the kitty that this blog is named after.. Bella..

The paper is by Crate Paper's Birdie Collection, there are some primas, chipboard, stamps and Bazzill CS.

I hope everyone had as much as an enjoyable weekend as I have!

Thanks Kim, Tara and Jen!

First Day

I made this card to send to my niece on her first day of kindergarten, which was today. She had a great time and was very impressed by the playground at school! lol... Her favorite animal is a duck as I have mentioned in previous posts, which is why this stamp is perfect for her. The stamp is by Penny Black and the paper is from a pack by DCWV called Nana's Kids. Really cute paper! The ribbon is from my stash and the saying is also PB. Oh, it was colored in with my aquabrush and SU WWC.

I hope everyone out there that had little ones starting today had fun!

YUM!!

Ok, I think this sums up summer. Watermelon!! (Not the mice..lol) I colored the mice in with my primas and then did the watermelon and table with my SU WWC. I the used all CTMH papers for it. It is all from the set Let's Get Together. Isn't it summery? Ahhh..

I hope that everyone had a great summer!

M

Summertime Fun

This is it! My last summer cards until next year.. Well maybe, this is it.

Here is a cute penguin with the name of Petey. He was a special one month on Inky Antics. Who knew penguins could surf?

He was colored in with my prismas and I sponged ink on the background in sand and sky blue.

I used the Fusion line by Basic Grey and the CS that is used on the mat and embossed on the bottom is by Bazzill. I used the Tiny Bubbles folder and the tag die from the Cuttlebug. I used ribbon from my stash and stamped the title with SU Everyday Flexible Phrases..

I will be posting another card in a bit, I am trying to pack for a retreat that I am going on this weekend. A scrapbooking retreat! Woohoo!

Hope everyone is having a great afternoon.

Do Nothing

Another beautiful day here in SE, PA. What a perfect weekend for the unofficial end of summer.

I just had to make another card that featured summer and how I wish it was sunny when I was on vacation! This would have been me sitting on the beach reading a book. Oh well, there is always next year. The stamp set used in this card was CTMH's Do Nothing. She was colored in with prismas/gamsol, then raised up on dimensionals The saying was stamped in Indian Corn Blue by CTMH as well. The CS is once again Bazzill and the PP is by SEI and is called Citrus Kick. I really love the vibrant colors in it! I added three rhinestone stickers that I bought in Michael's $1 section.

I hope everyone is having a sunny Sunday!

Fall's Flower

Here are the beauties I just picked up at Wolff's Farm Market in Aston, PA!!!

Sweet Summer

OK, I am holding true to my word, here is another summer layout. This one is called Sweet Summer. It is so nice here on the Northeastern Coast. I am almost sorry to see summer go with a day like this... I just love fall and just came back from a Farmer's Market with my parents and picked up some beautiful mums!!! I am also posting a pic of those! I had one more, but I gave it to my mom.

Anyway back to the card, this is a House Mouse stamp called Summer Shower, it was colored in with my trusty prismas and gamsol. The paper is by Crate Paper from their Twirl Collection.

I then took two chipboard accents from CTMH and sponged them with Ranger Paint Daubers in a light green and stamped them with SU's set Everyday Flexible Phrases In Purely Pomegranate. I attached them with some ribbon from my stash.

I hope everyone in my neck of the woods is enjoying the wonderful weather!

I decided to make some cards this weekend that celebrate summer since it will be cool before we know it. This is the first one that I have created. The CS is by Bazzill and the PP is by Provo Craft. The cat stamp is by the Cat's Pajamas. I just LOVE these little kitties! She was colored in with my prismas and gamsol. I then stamped some images from my CTMH set called Laid Back in a shade just one darker than the CS. I added three snaps from MM and some ribbon from American Crafts and Viola! I feel like I'm on the beach!

I hope everyone is having fun this last weekend of summer!

Are you a good witch?....

Here is a card that I made using SCS SC#139. I have had this stamp for a while and have FINALLY used it! I am afraid that I might start to put everyone on Halloween overload. This is one of my favorite holidays! The stamp is from Inky Antics, isn't she chic? She was colored in with my prismas and gamsol. Then on her hat band I put purple stickles. I also used a glitter pen for her mask. I am not sure if the pic will pick up on it though. I used my Glaze pen for the corners of the mat, then raised her up on dimensionals. I matted the saying(also an Inky Antics stamp) and added a little clip on the edge by MM. All DP is by KI Memories. Oh, the ribbon is from my spooky stash as well. You should see my Halloween stash! It is probably as large as most people's Christmas! Didn't know I had a dark side did you? lol...
Hope everyone is having a great evening!

Friendship flowers

Here is a card that I created just because I was dying to use my Flowers Stamps set by Rhonna Farrer. I am not that crazy about it. Maybe because there is too much white, and it is very simple for me. I don't know, I can't put my finger on it. It was colored in with my prismas, I added little buttons for the centers of the flowers and used two Papertrey sets (Green Thumb and Oval, Corners and Borders for the sentiment. The ribbon is from my stash and the DP is from MME's Magnolia set.

Maybe everyone out there will like it more than I do....

I hope everyone had a great Wednesday!

Happy Birthday

Hi everyone,

Happy Monday!

Here is a card that I created for a swap that my friend Kim is hosting for your favorite find at the CK Convention. Mine would be the DP, it is the Samantha Collection from Crate Paper. I just LOVE this paper! I almost didn't want to use it! lol...

The solid CS is by Bazzill. I inked the white grosgrain ribbon in CTMH's Sweet Leaf to match the paper. The flower is also by CTMH and is called Whoops a Daisy. It was stamped twice, cut out and the bottom layer was inked in darker purple. I then used my Souffle pen for the "seeds" and curled the top layer with the handle of a small paintbrush. The Happy Birthday is from CTMH's

set For Every Occasion.

I hope everyone has a great evening!

Rain, Rain....

Hi everyone!

I haven't posted in over a week because I was on vacation! I had to make this card when I returned in honor of it. We went to Ocean City, NJ, but it felt more like Seattle! It rained and rained... for 5 days!!!! My 3 and 5 year old nieces would sing this song with me in hopes that it would stop. It didn't! We made the most of it and had a good time anyway! Do you have any idea how many sticker books there are out there?

This card was made with my Bugz stamp by C.C. Designs, including the little rain drops! It was colored in with my prismas and gamsol. I then hand doodled the little puddle to make it look more like our vacation. The mat is done with my square scallop punch which is two squares put together and the seam is covered with the ribbon.. Thanks for the tip, Kim! I also used my Papertrey set Borders and Corners, Square. The paper is by Scrapworks. I also used my SU Word Window Punch and a CTMH set called Storytime lowercase for the words.

I hope that everyone is enjoying their Sunday, it looks like it is going to rain, AGAIN!

Hoppin' things are well!

Here is a card made with another one of the new Happy Hopper releases. I just LOVE these stamps! When I saw the faces on these bunnies I ordered it immediately!

These cuties were colored in with my prismas/gamsol. I then added a very light shading around the bunnies with my aquabrush and SU crayons. I double matted it with purple and blue CS from Bazzill. The card itself is one of the sheets from DCWV Pocket full of Posies Stack. I cut a small piece off the end and then stamped the sentiment(also by HM) on the inside of the card. I used two different inks on the stamp to match the CS. I then used my SU slot punch and tied two pieces of purple ribbon in the corner.

Happy Friday everyone!

Happy Pops!

Hi everyone!

This is a card I made for my Dad as a thank you for cat sitting for us while we are away. The stamp is by House Mouse (the Happy Hoppers line) and is called, you guessed it, Happy Pops!

It was colored in with my prismas and gamsol. It was then double matted on Bazzill and CTMH cardstocks. The sentiment is from CTMH's set called Sentimental Delights and I did the same as I did with the image. The DP is from KI Memories.

I hope that my dad gets a kick out of it!

Thanks for looking and have a great night!

The Right Shoes

Here is another Halloween card. You will soon see this is my third favorite holiday after Christmas and Thanksgiving!

The witch's shoe was done by dry embossing a template from Lasting Impressions onto a piece of green DCWV textured, white core cardstock, which was sanded to make it stand out. I then matted it twice with CTMH cardstock, the colors are Goldrush and Black. I then put that on a piece of DP by KI Memories, attached some black organdy ribbon from CTMH and the perfect little shoe. I think that is by Jesse James. I picked it up at the CKC last year. You probably can't make out the saying but it says,

"You can deal with anything if you have the right shoes." This is from the Papertrey set, Green Thumb.

I hope everyone had a great Wednesday!

Happy Birthday!

Here is a card that I made for a friend's birthday in September. Thanks to a tutorial from my friend Elisabeth, I used my Pollen Dust stamp set by Fancy Pants that I have had for about 6 months!!!(it is the purple swirls in the corner) I also used SU Doodle This and the sentiment is from CTMH's For Every Occasion set. I matted the saying twice and then raised it with dimensionals. The Doodle This flower was stamped 3 times with Stazon and then colored in with my SU WC crayons and aquabrush. I then curled all of the petals after applying stickles to each one. I stamps the swirls from the SU set and then attached all with a glitter brad from MM.

This is not typical of what I usually do, but this friend is more of a "frilly" person that would appreciate a card like this.

I hope that everyone likes it!

It's Your Day!

Here is a card that I made from one of my newer Penny Black stamps. It is called Duckling. I bought it because my niece Dana is a duck lover. She has a never ending collection and everytime I am out and see one I pick it up. When we go down the shore together on vacation it is always a mission to find more duckies! We are going away soon and I know she is already thinking, how many can I get this year?

This was colored in with my SU crayons and then I used a stipple brush on the edges. I cut a piece of mustard with one of my scallop punches, stamped it with another PB stamp and then stippled that as well. I added a flower by MM and a brad by CTMH, raised it on dimensionals and called it done! Oh and the card itself is from a card stack by K& Co.

I hope that everyone is having a great weekend!

Trick or Treat

Boo!

I decided to make a Halloween card today because I am now looking forward to cooler weather!

I have had enough of this heat and humidity!

The stamps used were Kittens in Costume and Hocus Pocus by CTMH. The CS is also CTMH and the DP is by KI Memories. I cut the scalloped squares with my Marvy punch and then added little dots with my Glaze Pens. The kitties were colored in with my SU crayons and aquabrush. I tied on some organdy ribbon by CTMH and then added the little guy in the corner!

I hope this makes everyone think of crisp, COOL weather!

Summer Love

Here is a card in which the colors were inspired by my friend Elisabeth! The stamp is from everyone's favorite site Stampingbella.com and is called Kinibella. I just love that bag! She was colored in with.. you guessed it, my prismas and gamsol. The saying is done with my SU Word Window punch and one of my most used sets, Everyday Flexible Phrases. The DP is Magnolia by My Mind's Eye and the CS is Bazzill. I used my SU Corner Ticket Punch and then added little flower brads by MM.

I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer!

The Joy of Bubbles!

Here is a card I made just for the heck of it! I loved the stamp and just had to add it to my ever growing Penny Black collection! It is called, It's your Day! It was colored in with my SU crayons and aqua brush and all of the bubbles were stickled. The Joy stamp is by SU and I added clear dots all around the cirle with my Sakura Gelly Roll Pens, you probably can't see the glitz in the pic. The CS is Bazzill and the DP is from DCWV Glitter Stack.

I hope that everyone is not melting in this awful heat!

Bring on Fall!!

For Gianna

Here is the wall art that is soon to be framed for my niece Gianna. She is 3 and her favorite color is pink. I did the same techniques with this one as I did for the first. The only difference is the colors and the DP in the background. I forgot to mention that it is from Basic Grey's Phoebe collection.

I hope that you like it!

I can't wait to give it to the girls when I see them on Saturday!!!

For Dana

What do you do when you are stuck in the house all day and can't leave? You make something for your 5 year old niece's wall! This was made with Penny Black stamp and she was colored in with both prisma/gamsol and my SU Watercolor Crayons. The flower stamps are from CTMH's Friendship Blessings. They were colored in with my SU crayons and then all hand cut out. I then put them all down with Glue Dots. I tried to raise the edges to give it more of a 3 dimensional feel. Her name was done with CTMH's Atomic Caps/Lowercase. I made it 5x7 so I can frame it.

My niece Dana's favorite color is yellow, so I HAD to make the dress in that color!

I am also making one for her little sister. I will be posting that as soon as it is finished.

I hope everyone is survivning this heat!!!

M

So Many Seeds...

Woah! What's this? Another card that features something with fur? LOL.... Big surprise, huh?

The stamp here is by House Mouse and is called Sunny Side Up. It was colored in with my prisma/gamsol. The CS is Bazzill and a CM. The DP is from a stack from ACMoore. I ripped out all of the sheets and now I don't know who it is by. The saying is from Stampingbella.com and I purchased the sunflower a LONG time ago on Ebay.

Thanks for looking!

Have a great day!

I am off today because we are having a new AC/Heating system installed. So hopefully if the humidity doesn't curl my paper I will be posting some more later on...

Make a Wish!

Here is a NON-animal card, go figure!! LOL

This card is made with stamps by Stampingbella. The image is Tinkerbella and the sentiment also comes from there.

She is colored in with Prisma/Gamsol and the pink dots are made with my Souffle pen, I also used a Stardust pen for the wings and Stickles in Stardust for the star! The DP is SU Paisleys and Petals and the CS is CTMH's Ocean.

I hope everyone is having a great evening!

Summertime

Well, I figured that I would celebrate the fact that it's a thousand degrees outside and I would rather have my toes in the sand! So, I had to make do with this card.

The stamps used were Bugz by C.C. Designs and Splish, Splash by CTMH. I stamped the scene then cut it with my CM cutting system. I then raised the pail and flip flops to give it some dimension. I then raised the first matt with dimensionals as well. The DP is from K & Co. "an old stash" and the image was colored in with my prismas and Gamsoland the "sand" was done with my SU crayons. I inked all edges with my Colorbox Cat's Eyes.

My husband looked at it.. and said, "well I guess it's not an animal, but it's close." I just can't help it!!

Stay cool everyone!

M

Best Birthday Wishes

Here is another birthday card. My husband said, to stop posting so many animals!!! He said, all you do is mice and cats! Yikes, I made two cat cards yesterday, which I will post later in the week! So to change things up I made a card with one of my MFT sets called, You take the cake!

It was based on the SC Sketch #86. The CS is CTMH and the DP is from Basic Grey's Lily Kate Collection. I used my pencils and then raised the image on dimensionals. The little flowers are from MM.

I hope that you are having a great Sunday!

I am off to make some NON animal cards!

Whew, it is so hot today! Too hot to go outside. So I thought I would whip up a couple of cards.

This one is made from a stamp that I bought from Stampotique. Their stamps are so unique! (no pun intended!)

She was colored in with my Prisma pencils/Gamsol. Then I inked the edges with green and yellow, matted it with my Bazzill CS and then raised it up with dimensionals. The DP is from a stack by K & Co. The layout is from Splitcoast's Card Sketch # 21.

I hope that she makes you smile!

Froggie Congrats!

Here is a card I made just to keep in my stash. You never know when you are going to need one! The stamp is by Penny Black and is called Bonnet. It was colored in with my SU WC Crayons and aquabrush. The card stock is from Bazzill. I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the strip of pink and then topped it off with a piece of border sticker from CTMH. I then topped it off with a piece of sheer stitched ribbon from my stash. I put little flower brads in the corners after I used my SU Ticket Punch. It was raised with popdots.

Thanks for looking!

I hope that everyone that is suffering in this Heat Wave is keeping cool!

Happy stamping!

Celebrate Summer!

After a tough day at work I needed some stamping therapy! This card was made with a new stamp of mine from The Cat's Pajamas. These stamps are precious! Especially if you are a cat lover like me. My friend Elisabeth did her usual... ENABLED me! When she sent me a pic of this stamp, I went bonkers! The little cutie was colored in with Prisma/Gamsol. I punched holes in scalloped circle and then inked the edges. I used Bazzill CS and one of my new purchases from CKC, SEI Citrus Kick for the DP. The saying is stamped onto chipboard cutouts from CTMH which have been painted using the Ranger Paint Dauber. The words are from SU Everyday Flexible Phrases. The flowers are from Prima and Bazzill and the glittery brad is from MM.
I also added a little ricrac to the card and the chipboard tags.

I hope that you like it!

Thanks for looking!

Cluck, Cluck!

I created this card for a couple of friends and now that it has been received, I can post it!

The stamp is, you guessed it! Penny Black and it is called Surprise. I colored it in with my SU WC crayons and aquabrush. I then layered it with the scallop circle and put a little orange dot with my Souffle pen on each hump. The DP is from the set Magnolia by MME and the CS is Bazzill. The sentinment is from the CTMH set called Because of You. Inside it says , "and smiled". The little round flower stamp on the circle is from Papertrey's new release Borders and Corners (Circle). The ribbon is by American Crafts.

I hope that it makes you smile!

Have a great day!
