Pixie Pouches

UGH! It's 2:30 AM and I can't get back to sleep. Don't you hate when that happens? Since I am up I figured that I would share the Pixie Pouches that I made for my two nieces and nephew.

I had so much fun making these and I can't wait to give pouches to them! I used TLC152 on SCS from the Monday before last. Just a whee bit behind, aren't I?

I hope that everyone has a great Friday and thanks for stopping by!

I'll always look up to you

Ok, I never post twice in one day and I had no intention tonight. However, I just received one of the fabulous new sets by Sweet N Sassy Stamps and I just had to make a card! This is a sneak peek and it will be released on Friday, February 1st! Who doesn't love a cute, cuddly penguin?

I used a sketch by Debbie Olson over at Thinking Inking, thank you for a wonderful sketch! This image was colored in with my prismas and I used my copics for their little beaks and for the very faint outline. I also added some Martha Stewart glitter to their little bellies!

Thanks so much for dropping by!

A little note set...

Happy Sunday everyone!

I don't know where this weekend has gone :( Seems like it is Friday and then boom, already it's Sunday!

I am trying to catch up on all of the projects that I have in the works and this is one of them.

I made this note card set for a friend's sister who has been sick. This is a set of 10 and I made a pen to match. In fact the pen is covering up the little phrase "a little note" which was stamped in Purely Pomegranate. Oops!

All products are SU! with the exception of the stamps which are Elzybells by Amuse. These are so adorable! I just got my order in for the new Friendship collection and will hopefully be sharing some cards made with them later this week.

Have a great one and thanks for stopping by!

Oh Hoppy Day!

Happy Friday everyone!

In between running around to get ready for my hubby's birthday gathering tonight, I decided to get this card posted too!

This was made with the Pond Pals set by Sweet N Sassy stamps. I just adore this set.

I colored the frog in with my copics. I decided to make her girlie with pink spots! I also stamped the background of the Regal Rose cardstock with the little dragonfly that is in the set.

I used a card sketch by Lindsay from In My Stamp Room.

I hope everyone enjoys the start of their weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Feeling Groovy

Ok, so this is sooo different than the "cutesy" stamps that I normally use. I decided to broaden my horizons! The stamp is from a line called Rubber Romance. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not, but I have to be honest, I felt all grown-up when I made this card! :)

I used a sketch by Lauren Meader and colored her in with my ever lovin' copic markers.

I hope that everyone is having a great night and thanks for stopping by to take a look!

Forever

Well, the snow has changed to sleet now in SE PA. I so wish that it would snow, just for a bit longer. Maybe next time...

I am working on some gifts for the girls that I work with, but in the meantime I am posting this card that I made a couple of weeks ago. I used the Sweet N Sassy set Doodle Flowers. This set is so perfect for "Love Day" ! I stamped the two size petals to make the different size flowers and then colored them with my copics, blending the different shades. Next I cut the flowers out and adhered them to the scallop circle with a mini-brad. The bottom of the card was done by random stamping the swirl that was part of the set.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope that you are having a great night!

Hugs & Kisses

Well, now that Christmas is over I guess it is time to focus on Love Day as my niece Dana calls it.

This is a stamp by Stampingbella, it is very simple, but I also think it is just adorable! I colored the image in with my copics and then added Stickles to the hearts to make them all sparkly. I will say this... this is the easiest image I have ever colored in!

I'm off to work on another card. So much for slowing down!

Thanks for looking,

Shopabella Tin

Good Sunday Morning everyone!

I hope that you are all enjoying your weekend! Mine has been pretty good so far.

I am hoping to get some papercrafting done today since it will be quiet around here. In the meantime I am posting this bella tin that I made a few days ago. I had to wait to post because I was surprising my friend Kim with one and I didn't want her to see it!

I picked up the tin at the $1spot at Target. Now I am sorry that I didn't buy all of them.

I really enjoyed making this, as this stamp suits me so well, because I am a true shopaholic.

Maybe I should save my money in it??? Yeah right.

Happy Birthday Dad!

Happy Friday everyone!

I know I have been MIA for a few days, but I have literally been sick since the day after Christmas. I know a lot of people have it out there. For those that do, I hope that you are feeling better soon!

So it leads to my next statement, I almost gave up the blog. I have been thinking about it a lot lately. Trying to find time to make and post started to feel more like a second job to me. So I said, Michelle give it up, you can't do it all. See how long it lasted? I will say this, I will probably be posting at a slower pace to allow myself some down time. Which is one thing that I promised myself with the new year. So for tonight I have this card that I made for my dad for his birthday. He loves dogs, loves em!, so I thought this Pennyblack stamp was perfect for him! I colored him in with my watercolor crayons and I used a card sketch by the uber talented Lauren Meader.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi everyone,

Tonight will be a quick post, sorry!

I'm afraid that I am on a Bella roll, I just can't to stop coloring them with my copics.

Had this stamp since it came out and just got to use it! Look for a lot more bellas in the near future!

I again used a Splitcoast Card Sketch, # 152.

Always In Style!

I hope everyone survived their first day back to the routine!

I made it through my first day of work, and am feeling a little yucky. I think I took a step backwards in the recovery process. After posting this I am going to have some homemade chicken noodle soup and put on my flannel pjs!

I have had this set for a long time and I finally got to play with it! I don't know what it is about it, I just think it is so super retro and cute! Oh, I used SC131 for it. I don't know what I would do without Splitcoast!

Have a great night everyone!

Warm and Fuzzy Feeling!

At this time I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to view my blog and thank those who leave comments. I know in this fast-paced, multi-tasking world it is not easy and I really appreciate it!

I wish all of you a very HEALTHY and HAPPY New Year!

I am trying to squeeze a ton of papercrafting minutes out of this day, as this is the last day of my vacation :( Tomorrow it is back to the grind and the hustle bustle with much less crafting minutes. YUCK!

I was dying to use this stamp since before Christmas, but just never got around to it. I thought of my friend Kim while making this card, for a couple of reasons. She has reminded me that I own Nestabilities! lol... (I really must use more of what I own and stop buying!) Also, pink and green is her favorite color combo! I hope that you approve Kim!

I hope that everyone is enjoying whatever it is that you love to do today to start the new year off right!
