Happy Birthday Dad!

Happy Friday everyone!

I know I have been MIA for a few days, but I have literally been sick since the day after Christmas. I know a lot of people have it out there. For those that do, I hope that you are feeling better soon!

So it leads to my next statement, I almost gave up the blog. I have been thinking about it a lot lately. Trying to find time to make and post started to feel more like a second job to me. So I said, Michelle give it up, you can't do it all. See how long it lasted? I will say this, I will probably be posting at a slower pace to allow myself some down time. Which is one thing that I promised myself with the new year. So for tonight I have this card that I made for my dad for his birthday. He loves dogs, loves em!, so I thought this Pennyblack stamp was perfect for him! I colored him in with my watercolor crayons and I used a card sketch by the uber talented Lauren Meader.

Thanks for stopping by!

Please don't stop! Take some time for you--yes--but we need you :). I don't know what I'd do without your inspiration :). Just slow down. We'll still be here :).

Love ya!

Please dont stop, just slow down a little. I admit to being a little obsessed with mine for a while. then my dad died before christmas and I didnt do it and today is the first time I have started my blog surfing again on all of my favs. I have been posting to my blog but it hasnt been daily like I used to.

I used to get up every morning and surf all my fav lists, then fret over posting something every day. Not any more.
